In The Greatest Hoax Jonathan Sarfati sets out to refute Richard Dawkins’ claims in his latest book, The Greatest Show oh Earth: the evidence for evolution. Sarfati is clearly the man for the job. He holds a Ph. D. in physical chemistry and works with Creation Ministries International. He is the author of several books including Refuting Evolution, the biggest selling creation book ever, and many articles on various aspects of creation-evolution. He is also a master chess player.
To keep these comments brief, just let me say that Sarfati absolutely demolishes Dawkins’ arguments. He quotes Dawkins on a claim for evolution or against creation, and then he clearly demonstrates the false reasoning, unsubstantiated claims, and/or key omissions through which Dawkins tries to make his point. Occasionally the book becomes a bit technical for the layman, but those instances are few. Just skip ahead a bit.
I highly recommend The Greatest Hoax on Earth? It is informative, encouraging, and gratifying to see the arguments of the world’s foremost evolutionist smashed to smithereens.
