A Question for Every Southern Baptist

Recently the BGAV sent to each church a report on the 1990 giving of each church in its association. Accompanying the report was a small folder titled "A Question for Every Southern Baptist." On the lower front is printed "Reach out and touch the world through the Cooperative Program." Inside it asks, "What would the world be IF there had never been a Cooperative Program?" The Banner commends the BGAV for both the annual report and the folder. Certainly at this time the folder is especially pertinent. Indeed, where would the world be without the Cooperative Program?

Another question we must study is, "Where will the Cooperative Program and the unsaved around the world be 10, 20, 30 years from now if every state convention slashes its CP (undesignated) giving as Virginia has done to a mere 17%?"
