Christian Schools: “the time has come”
Vol. XVI, No. 8, Sep/Oct 2003
“In my opinion, the time has come for us as Southern Baptists to become more serious players in offering quality Christ-centered education at the K-12 level. We should not assume the social and educational climate is going to change for the better in the public school arena. Our schools need to be encouragers and offer assistance to this growing community of schools to be sure that what we do in the name of Christian education is done with substance and quality.”
